Formalize "treats"

The most important concept about a “treat” is that it is clearly defined. It should have a beginning – but most importantly it should have an end. For most people, the struggle is to know when and how to stop a cheat and not letting it escalate into a “bad” weekend or veering completely off a good eating plan. Defining your “treat” and keeping to ONLY that treat is a tool to master for long-term dietary control.
