2023 Nutrition and Lifestyle Goals

It’s always important to set yourself nutrition / health goals for the coming year. Here are a few pointers to help you plan ahead:

If you’ve forgotten all of your good diet principles over the festive season, it’s best to “assess the damage” as soon as the year begins so that you can pace yourself for the next few months. It’s almost impossible to commit to a healthy diet and lifestyle for the entire year. Break up the year into smaller more manageable time frames within which you can focus on being consistently aware of your diet. Exercise will unlikely become an integral part of your routine unless you formalize it.

Don’t be a statistic of failure by setting unrealistic goals. Every positive move in the right correction is important.
